When can you do the job/ get me on the schedule?
Scheduling will reach out once the homeowner approves the estimate. We do our best to get customers scheduled in a timely fashion. We are usually booking jobs 2-3 weeks out.
Do I have to be home on the day job is scheduled at my property?
Please don't feel pressured to be home on the day of the scheduled job. We understand completely that our customers are busy with work and everyday life. Once you can review the completed job and are fully satisfied, you can submit payment at your earliest convenience.
What types of payment are accepted?
We offer three options of payment:
- Credit/Debit card (through an electronic invoice)
- Check payment
- Cash
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, it’s our pleasure to have an estimator come to your property and review all your needs. It is also a great opportunity to get our professional recommendations on items you may be unsure of/ review of potential future work you may have questions regarding.
Do you carry insurance for the company?
We absolutely have an insurance policy and are happy to send a generic copy to homeowners should they request a copy.
